The body of missing Tracy girl Sandra Cantu was found approximately 2 miles North of her home up Tracy Blvd on Whitehall Dr. Her body was found in a Black Travel Rolling Luggage case.
The Luggage case floated to the top of a irrigation pond while it was being emptied into the surrounding fields.
Nothing was found in the case to hold it under the water. She was found fully clothed according to the report.
Sandra had been missing for 10 days.
The area had been searched twice already. However it is believed that the case was underwater an not visible.

These stories always enrage me.
The guy will probably be caught and it will be discovered that he had a prior history of sexual perversion w/ children, he'll then get to work the system, get 3 hots & a cott, a college degree and possibly even write a book - All payed for by Yours truly, The Taxpayers!
Is anybody else SICK of this? Put a bullet in his head and don't torture little Sandra Cantu's family any longer.
