ANTIOCH — A man was killed Saturday morning when his car hit the center divide while traveling east on Highway 4, CHP officer Marc Johnston said.
Colin Stoops, 20, of Oakley, was pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained in the solo-vehicle accident. Police were called to the scene at 3:15 a.m. west of the 18th Street interchange in Antioch.
Police found the overturned car in a ditch off the highway. Police said the car hit the center divide, scattering debris across all the lanes. Several other cars were disabled due to the debris in the roadway, but no other injuries were reported.

ya we drove sunday out to walnut creek and the roads were pretty slick. I hydroplaned a couple times and i just wasnt comfortable driving. Hwy 4 seems a little slick compared to 680. The water pools up more. I pretty much felt like i was driving on top of water the whole time. I didnt go much faster than 65
