There is a Kacey Perry missing from Portland,Oregon September 14, 1990.
Brian Keith George confessed to Perry's murder in August 1991 and stated that he concealed her body some time after her disappearance. He is a former boyfriend of Perry's mother and had remained close to Perry and her siblings after his relationship with her mother ended. At the time of his confession, he was in police custody in Portland on a charge of bank robbery. He told investigators that he buried her remains in a wooded area outside his hometown of Kelso, Washington, but searches of the area he specified turned up only animal bones.George has since recanted his confession. He is still considered a suspect in Perry's case, however, and had been even before his confession. He had assisted in the initial search for Perry, and he has a criminal record including a manslaughter conviction, for which he served nine years in prison. George told the media in interviews that he believes Perry's father was responsible for her disappearance. There is no evidence to support this allegation. George was later sentenced to ten and a half years for the bank robbery. He has never been charged in connection with Perry's disappearance.Perry was in the fifth grade at the time of her disappearance. Her case remains unsolved, but foul play is suspected.

who is the man and where is the blog?
terriincali,
The name and URL has been added to the post.
I'm a former Chicago-area policeman who works missing persons cases as a hobby. Brian Ladd is the "real deal" when it comes to finding missing persons. I worked chop-shops and organized crime and I can tell you, he has a better track record than any confidential informant I've ever used. You can be sure he's probably running about 75% correct on everything he does.
