Adams Middle School in Brentwood Closing?

Adams Middle School in Brentwood is NOT closing. The Adams Middle School that was referred to in the KTVU report is Adams Middle School in Richmond.

Below is the list of Richmond School District schools slated for closure.

The schools slated for closure this year are El Sobrante, Castro, Lake and Shannon Elementary schools and Adams Middle School. For the 2010 to 2011 school year, the list includes Olinda Elementary, Nystrom or Grant Elementary, Kennedy High School, Gompers and North Campus Continuation schools.
